Our stay at Hotel Valdes was enjoyable. The hotel has a nice and safe parking area, making it convenient for guests with cars. The location is excellent for exploring Jeseniky and there are many activities and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local dining options. The room was spacious and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that was good enough for streaming Netflix. The hotel's sauna was a nice bonus, although we didn't get a chance to try it.

We recently went on a city break and stayed in this amazing hotel. We enjoyed everything about it! the location was ideal for us, with easy access to many fun activities and restaurants. , the room was clean, spacious, and cozy, offering us a comfortable stay. we really appreciated the private parking spot that made our arrival and departure trouble-free.
We experienced a few minor issues during our stay, such as the inability to completely open the windows, which might be a bit concerning in the hot summer months. we found the receptionist's attitude to be a bit impatient and unwelcoming, which really dampened our spirits and we wished they were a bit more accommodating.

My stay was remarkable! The hotel's location is perfect for hiking and exploring nearby nature. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to provide personal recommendations for nearby activities and wonderful restaurants. I stayed in a quiet room with a large and comfortable bed, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for streaming. The breakfast was superb and energizing, and the private parking lot was big and secure. The wellness area was an excellent way to unwind after a long day outdoors, and the sauna was delightful!
Although the window view was beautiful, it was a bit frustrating that the window did not open entirely.

The hotel had a good location for hiking and outdoor activities. There were also nice restaurants nearby. The private parking lot was safe and free. We liked the fact that the room was quiet and had free Wi-Fi.
Our experience was ruined by an unpleasant receptionist. They called us late at night and were rude upon our arrival.
